Terms and Conditions of the [Ranch Name] Online Sale

All lots sell to the highest bidder, subject to these terms.
All bids are final. By registering and bidding, every buyer accepts these terms.
[Ranch Name] reserves the right to withdraw any lot before bidding closes.

The sale closes at [time and time zone] on [date].
If a bid is placed on a lot during the last [5] minutes, that lot's closing time extends [5] minutes. Extensions continue until no new bids are placed.
Winning buyers are notified by email when the sale closes and can see their results on the My Bids page.
Lots with a reserve price sell only if bidding reaches the reserve. Lots that do not sell, reserve or not, move to buy-it-now until [date]. [Delete if you do not use reserves.]
