How Our Pricing Works
Every ranch is a little different, so we quote each one rather than posting a single price. The way the pricing works is simple, and it is all on this page.
There are two parts. No per-bid charges, no per-lot charges and no surprises.
A One-Time Setup Fee
This covers building your sale website, installing the auction software, connecting your payments and email, and training. You pay it once, when you start.
A Flat Annual Fee
This covers hosting, Cloudflare Enterprise security, support and ongoing use of the platform. It covers unlimited sales during the year.
Why We Do Not Publish a Set Price
The work changes from ranch to ranch. A sale built into a website we already host is a smaller job than a new ranch website, and a ranch running three sales a year needs more from us than one running a single sale. So we quote what you need, before you commit to anything.
What Does Cloudflare Enterprise Add?
Every sale website on our platform runs on Cloudflare Enterprise, the same security network banks and large retailers use. It blocks bots and attacks before they reach your sale, and it keeps the site fast in the last minutes, when every buyer is refreshing at once.
A ranch buying Cloudflare on its own would pay about $200 a month for Cloudflare's Business plan, and Enterprise is the tier above that. With us it is part of the annual fee.
No Commission and No Per-Head Charge
Your fee is the same whether the sale grosses $50,000 or $500,000. What your cattle bring goes to you.

Need a Ranch Website Too?
We have built ranch and ag websites since 1998. If you want one website for the ranch and the sale, we design a new ranch website with the sale built in. If you want to keep the ranch website you have, we build a separate sale website on its own domain that matches it. Ask about a website and sale package when you call.

The sale website is quoted for your ranch. The add-ons cost the same for everyone, so we publish them.

A year of service runs 12 months from the day you sign up. Text Message Alerts and the Lot Finder together are $998 per year, a savings of $200. The Bidder Email Campaign is priced per sale.
Common Questions About Pricing
Do you take a commission?
No. You pay the setup fee once and the flat annual fee each year.
Are there per-head, per-lot or per-bid fees?
No.
How many sales can we run?
As many as you want. The annual fee covers unlimited sales.
Who pays the credit card processing fees?
Card fees come out through your Stripe account. If you want buyers to cover them, turn on the optional convenience fee and set the percentage yourself. Our clients set theirs anywhere from 3% to 9%.
How do we get a price?
